What makes MSquared Universe different?
Our personalised books are not standard templates where only the name and photo are changed. Each story is written from scratch based on the details you share with us, so the final book feels personal, warm, and unique to the person receiving it.
Who are your personalised books for?
Our personalised books can be created for children, adults, couples, parents, friends, siblings, and families. They work well for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, baby milestones, farewell gifts, festive gifting, and other special occasions.
Do you only make books?
No. Along with personalised books, MSquared Universe also offers gift hampers, personalised gifts, stationery, toys, candles, home fragrance products, tech gifts, wedding gifts, and more.

What is a personalised storybook?
A personalised storybook is a custom-made book where the story, characters, illustrations, and details are created around the person you are gifting it to. It can include their personality, memories, relationships, interests, favourite things, important moments, and the world you want us to build for them.
Are the books made from templates?
No. Our storybooks are written from scratch. We do not simply change the name, photo, and a few details in a ready-made template. Every book is created based on the information you share with us.
What will I receive with my storybook order?
You will receive a personalized hardcover storybook. The number of pages and illustrations depends on the option you choose and the story being created. Each book includes a minimum of 10 illustrations.
How many pages will the book have?
You can choose from the available page options while placing your order. The final story is created according to the selected length, age group, and story arc.
How many illustrations will be included?
Each personalised storybook includes a minimum of 10 illustrations. Some books may have more illustrations depending on the package selected and the kind of story being created.
Will the character look exactly like the person?
The characters are created in an animated storybook style. They are designed to resemble the person while still fitting beautifully into the story world. The likeness is usually around 60 to 70 percent, so the character feels recognisable without looking like a direct photo copy.
Can I create a book for an adult?
Yes. Personalised books are not only for children. We also create storybooks and keepsake books for adults, couples, parents, friends, siblings, and families.
Can I create a book for a baby or toddler?
Yes. We can create simple, warm, age-appropriate books for babies and toddlers. These books can focus on family, daily routines, favourite things, first adventures, and the people who love them.
Ordering Process FAQ
How do I place an order?
Choose the product you want on the website and place your order. After that, we will guide you through the personalisation process.
What happens after I place an order?
After your order is placed, you will receive a Story Details Form. This form helps us understand the person, occasion, memories, relationships, interests, and special details that should be included in the book.
What details do I need to share?
You can share names, photos, personality traits, important memories, favourite moments, relationships, hobbies, inside jokes, milestones, and anything else that will help us create a meaningful story.
Will there be a call before the story is written?
Yes. After you fill out the form, we conduct a short creative conversation with you. This helps us understand the story better and ask for any details that may not have come through in the form.
When does the book creation process begin?
The creation process begins once we receive your completed form and finish the creative conversation. The more complete your details are, the smoother and faster the process becomes.
Can I request a specific story idea?
Yes. You can share your preferred concept, theme, tone, or idea while filling out the form. We will use your inputs to create a story that feels personal and suitable for the recipient.
What if I do not know what story I want?
That is completely okay. You can share details about the person and the occasion, and we will help shape the story concept for you.
Review & Approval FAQ
Will I get to review the book before printing?
Yes. You will be able to review the book before it goes into printing.
Can I request changes?
Yes. You can request changes during the review stage. We will refine the book before it is confirmed for printing.
Why is review important?
The review stage allows you to check the story, details, and overall direction before the book is printed. Once you confirm the book for printing, we begin the final printing process.
Can changes be made after printing starts?
Once the book is approved and sent for printing, changes may not be possible. Please review everything carefully before giving final confirmation.
Printing & Delivery FAQ
How long does it take to receive the book?
Personalised storybooks usually take around 15 to 20 days after the details and creative conversation are completed. Since every book is custom-made, timelines may vary slightly depending on the complexity of the story and illustrations.
Is the book printed or digital?
The final product is a printed hardcover storybook.
What size is the book?
The personalised storybook is a hardbound A5 keepsake book.
What kind of paper is used?
The books are printed on premium glossy pages with vibrant printing.
Will the final book look exactly like the product images?
Product images are illustrative mockups. Final colours, illustrations, layouts, and character details may vary depending on the story created.
Do you deliver across India and International?
Yes, we deliver orders across India and international.

Are personalised books returnable?
Personalised and customised products are non-returnable because they are created specifically for each customer.
What if my book arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within the return window with your order details and photos of the issue. We will review the request and help with the next steps.
Can I return non-personalised products?
Non-personalised products may be eligible for return if they are unused, in their original packaging, and the return request is made within 2 days of receiving the order.
