At MSquared Universe, we take care to pack and ship every order safely. Since we offer both ready-to-ship products and personalised products, shipping timelines may vary depending on the type of product ordered.
Please read this Shipping Policy before placing your order.
1. Order Processing
Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation on the email address or phone number provided at checkout.
Orders are processed after payment confirmation and after we receive all required order details.
For personalised and customised products, the production timeline begins only after we receive the required information, photos, form responses, and creative inputs from you.
2. Shipping Timelines for Non-Personalised Products
For non-personalised products such as ready gifting items, toys, stationery, candles, accessories, and other ready-to-ship products, orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 to 5 working days, unless mentioned otherwise on the product page.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location and courier service availability.
3. Shipping Timelines for Personalised Products
Personalised and customised products take longer because they are created specially for each customer.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Custom books

Custom gift hampers

Wedding gifts or return gifts made to order

Products with names, photos, messages, dates, or custom details
For personalised storybooks, dispatch usually takes 15 to 25 days from the day we complete the creative interview with you, unless otherwise communicated.
The timeline may vary depending on:

Availability and quality of photos or details shared

Writing, design, illustration, and layout work

Any delay in sharing details, responding to queries, or approving the draft may affect the final dispatch date.
4. Review and Approval Timelines
For selected personalised products, we may share a draft, preview, or review version before printing.
The product will move to printing only after approval, wherever approval is part of the process.
Please note that the shipping timeline may be extended if there are delays in review, revision requests, or final confirmation from the customer.
5. Delivery Timelines
After dispatch, delivery usually takes:

3 to 7 working days for most locations within India

Longer for remote areas, special delivery zones, or locations with limited courier access

Longer for international orders, depending on courier timelines, customs, and destination country processes
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, customs checks, incorrect addresses, or other situations beyond our control.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

For bulk orders, corporate orders, wedding orders, or custom gifting orders, shipping charges may be shared separately.
7. International Shipping
We may accept international orders for selected products.
International shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, import fees, or any destination country charges are the customer’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise.
International delivery timelines may vary depending on courier partners, customs clearance, and local delivery services in the destination country.
8. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details where available.
Tracking updates may take some time to reflect after the courier partner picks up the package.
If you do not receive tracking details within the expected time after dispatch, you can contact us at info@msquareduniverse.com with your order ID.
9. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, pin code, and email address are correct before placing the order.
MSquared Universe is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable delivery details provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
10. Missed Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may attempt delivery more than once, depending on their policies.
If the customer is unavailable, refuses delivery, or does not respond to courier calls, the package may be returned to us.
In such cases, additional shipping charges may be required to resend the order.
11. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos or videos of:

The damaged area

The product inside the package
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@msquareduniverse.com with your order ID and photos or videos.
We will review the issue and guide you on the next steps.
12. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is significantly delayed after dispatch, please contact us and we will coordinate with the courier partner.
While we will do our best to help, delays caused by courier partners, natural events, customs, public holidays, incorrect addresses, or external disruptions may be outside our control.
If a package is confirmed lost by the courier partner, we will review the case and may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the product type and situation.
13. Bulk, Corporate, and Wedding Orders
Bulk orders, corporate gifting orders, wedding return gifts, and large custom orders may have different production and shipping timelines.
