Some of our products are ready-made or non-personalised, while others are customised or created specifically for the customer based on the details, photos, memories, names, and preferences shared with us.

2. Use of Our Website

We try our best to display product details, prices, descriptions, colours, sizes, images, and availability as accurately as possible.

However, product images may be illustrative. Final colours, layouts, designs, illustrations, packaging, textures, and finishes may vary slightly due to screen settings, printing differences, product availability, customisation requirements, or production limitations.

For personalised and custom products, the final output may differ from sample images because each product is created based on the details shared by the customer.

4. Personalised and Custom Products

For personalised products, you may be required to share information such as names, photos, memories, dates, messages, relationship details, personality traits, preferences, and other personalisation inputs.

By submitting this information, you confirm that:

You have the right and permission to share the content with us.
The information you provide is accurate.
Any photos, names, or details of another person, including a child, are shared with proper consent.
The content does not violate anyone’s privacy, copyright, intellectual property rights, or legal rights.
The content is not offensive, harmful, unlawful, abusive, or inappropriate.

We use the information you provide to create your personalised order.

5. Creative Process for Personalised Books

For personalised storybooks and selected custom products, the process may include:

Placing the order
Filling out a form or sharing required details
A creative discussion or interview
Writing, designing, illustrating, or customising the product
Sharing a draft, preview, or review version where applicable
Final approval
Printing, packing, and dispatch

Timelines may begin only after we receive the required information from you. Delays in submitting forms, photos, approvals, or other details may delay the final delivery.

6. Review and Approval

Where a draft, preview, or review version is shared, it is the customer’s responsibility to check all details carefully before approving the product.

Once you approve the product for printing, changes may not be possible. We are not responsible for errors that were present in the approved version.

7. Orders and Payments

When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or as per the payment terms agreed for that order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Incorrect pricing or product information
Product unavailability
Suspicious or fraudulent activity

If an order is cancelled by us after payment, we will inform you and process the applicable refund as per our Return and Refund Policy.

For personalised and custom products, timelines may vary depending on:

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, customs, incorrect addresses, or factors beyond our control.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Personalised and customised products are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error from our side.

11. Customer Content and Usage Rights

You retain ownership of the personal photos, memories, names, messages, and other content you submit to us.

By submitting content to MSquared Universe, you give us permission to use that content only for the purpose of creating, reviewing, printing, packing, delivering, and supporting your order.

We will not publicly share your personal content, book pages, photos, story details, or custom product details for marketing, social media, portfolio, or promotional purposes without your consent.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, product descriptions, graphics, layouts, logos, images, designs, brand elements, website structure, and original creative material created by MSquared Universe, belongs to MSquared Universe or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

For personalised products, the final product is created for your personal use or gifting. The underlying creative process, templates, design systems, writing style, layouts, and production methods remain the intellectual property of MSquared Universe.

13. Prohibited Content for Custom Orders

We may refuse to create or process custom content that includes:

Hate speech
Harassment or abuse
Sexually explicit content
Content involving exploitation or harm
Illegal activities
Defamatory statements
Content that violates privacy or intellectual property rights
Content that is discriminatory, threatening, or harmful
Any material we consider inappropriate for our brand or services

If such content is submitted, we may cancel the order. Refund eligibility will depend on the stage of work completed and our Return and Refund Policy.

17. Accuracy of Information

Although we try to keep information accurate, there may occasionally be typographical errors, pricing errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct such errors and update or cancel affected orders where required.
